#2 Processor Chip Calculator
The #2 Processor chip is rather annoying to evaluate in typical ARSMG echelons, with various combinations of ROF tiles/crit tiles/crit auras. You can form a few general ideas about it, but factors like ROF tiles, crit tiles, and frame breakpoints can be hard to predict the impact of. I made this spreadsheet not too long ago to provide a very specific way of computing equipment options, where you can enter a doll's stats, all fairy auras/tiles in the echelon, their own skill, and get an estimation of the performance of each reasonable equipment option.
Spreadsheets can be annoying to work with, so here's a web port of that sheet. Hopefully a bit easier to access/mess around with. I've pre-filled some fairly reasonable values to work off of. Some additional notes about number entry are included at the bottom. The original spreadsheet also has numerous comments.

Additional notes#
Theoretical DPS numbers, from a damage simulator or not, don't always correspond well to real performance. For best results, test your teams. See also: The Problem with Damage Simulators.
Base stats: enter the base stat, including affection, without equipment/fairies/tiles. Example: with no equipment, my ADS has 50+5 FP. Enter 55. Example: with maxed HV ammo equipped, my ADS has 70+5 FP. Enter 55, or enter 75 and change the "HV FP" field later to 0. Crit rate should be entered as a decimal, so 0.2 for most ARs and 0.3 for RFB/Angelica/AUG/Medusa/ACR.
Tiles and passive buffs: enter the net multiplier from all these. "1" corresponds to no net buff, "1.75" corresponds to a 75% buff. Example: UMP45 tiles and a 5* Damage II Artillery fairy means a passive FP buff of 1.2 (UMP45) * 1.15 (D2) * 1.55 (Artillery) = 2.139 and a 30% crit rate tile. Enter 2.139 in the "Net FP buff" field and 1.3 in the "Net Crit rate buff" field.
Skills: enter the skill multiplier from the AR's own skill. Same deal as above - a 75% selfbuff should be entered as a 1.75 multiplier. If you want weirder skills and factors accounted for, you're far outside of simple web calculator territory and a damage sim is recommended.
Equipment customization: I've pre-filled typical values for max calibration/enhancement gold equipment. If you want to check numbers with other tiers, edit values as appropriate.
SPEQ customization: a few SPEQs, like what RFB, MDR, and G36 have, are like a VFL with some bonus stats. Use these to add in these stats and consider the "VFL+X" fields to mean "SPEQ+X." In RFB's case, the bonus crit damage should be entered as "0.18".
