VA-11 Hall-A Collab Doll Analysis

The VA-11 Hall-A collaboration event originally ran on EN from August 6th to 26th, 2019. It was rather popular (see: daily registered users), and is finally scheduled for a rerun. The game has changed a little bit since then, with fantastic new features like neural upgrades, HOCs, and coalition units being introduced. In this series, I'll re-investigate each of the dolls available in the collab and see how they hold up nowadays.
